SYNOPSIS:
A neighborhood influencer makes a life-altering choice for a pre-teen boy on the anniversary of his mother's death.
A Year to Life was filmed in South Los Angeles where the story that inspired this short actually occurred. This story profiling at risk youth pays homage to those street soldiers who sacrifice to give back to their communities and make a difference for the next generation.
